Fuel Your Entrepreneurial Engine!
Business owners, future business owners and intrapreneurs all need plenty of fuel to keep on hustling, to get their business launched and profitable or to innovate within their organizations. Motivation, passion and following your value system are the premium, super premium and jet fuels of entrepreneurs. So how do you harness this energy to be successful?
Learn about the four major business motivational and value system profiles and determine how to tap into your motivational energy source. Discover how your passion can kickstart your business, or totally get in your way when it’s misplaced. You’ll hear about successful business owners of startups, independent business and franchises and how they got there. You may decide to tweak or revamp your business model to give yourself added fuel, or change up your approach to get your idea accepted by management.
While it’s not necessary to take the following assessment to gain value from the presentation, if you’d like to learn your motivational profile before the meeting, take the no cost assessment and bring the results with you:
The Business Evaluation and Suitability Test (B.E.S.T.) Site: https://entrepm.com/media/ccward
The results are confidential, and you’ll receive the complete report.
About the Speaker
Carol Cunningham Ward, Franchise Consultant and Business Owner FranNet of Michigan
Co-Chair, Inforum Michigan, Lady Bosses for entrepreneurs, and Women on the Move
A 5th generation entrepreneur, Carol spends her time working with people as they determine if business ownership is right for them. She does this via her own business as a franchise consultant at FranNet, North America's leading franchise consultancy, founded 32 years ago. Throughout her 6+ years here at FranNet of Michigan and the FranNet international headquarters, she has helped more than 85 people start franchise businesses, all at no cost to her clients. Her first career was in public relations as spokesman for companies including a Fortune 500 company, and as a founder/owner of a public relations consultancy. Contact Carol Ward at firstname.lastname@example.org or (248) 590-7190, www.frannet.com/ccward, or LinkedIn
The purpose of the Lady Bosses is to provide educational programming (speakers, workshops), support, inspiration, accountability to and from other Inforum business owners or prospective owners. While much of the Inforum membership is in the corporate world, Lady Bosses Affinity Group is designed to meet the unique needs of business owners. It can also become a catalyst to encourage women to start or purchase their own businesses. The group also can provide and gain synergy from Inforum’s inGAGE strategy. In 2017 just 17 percent of companies had a female founder, a number that hasn’t changed in five years, according to Crunchbase.
