Laura Byars is vice president of human performance for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Laura is responsible for overseeing Human Performance which includes enterprise-wide training and development functions, talent management and organizational development. Laura has extensive experience in creating corporate strategies for talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development for organizations of all sizes. Marti Lolli is chief marketing officer and senior vice president of consumer and government markets at Priority Health, a nationally recognized health plan. She oversees the individual market, Medicare advantage and Medicaid markets, and market intelligence. She also oversees all marketing, digital strategy, communications and customer experience at Priority Health.
